To access via a web browser, set to
“On

Camera Name
For setting the name to be displayed on the web
browser. Enter not more than 8 characters using
the software keyboard.
(Default value: HC900)
Username
For setting the user name. Enter not more than 31
characters using the software keyboard.
(Default value: jvc)
Password
Changes the password for accessing via a web
browser.
The current password is displayed. Enter a new
password directly.
Enter not more than 31 characters using the
software keyboard.
(Default value: random alphanumeric value that
varies with each model)
Port
For configuring
the port number during access to a
web page from an external source.

For setting the protocol of the FTP server to be

Protocol that

outgoing data.

Protocol that encrypts incoming and outgoing
data using SSH.

data using SSL or TLS. It uses an implicit mode

connection starts).

data using SSL or TLS. It uses an explicit mode

permission is granted).

Server
For setting the server name (“mystation.com”, etc.)
or the IP address (“192.168.0.1”, etc.) of the FTP
server.
* Enter not more than 127 characters using
single-byte alphanumeric characters (a to z, 0 to
9), single-byte hyphen [-], or dot [.].

Port
Enter the FTP server port number to use using an
integer between 1 and 65535.
The default value varies with the protocol setting.
(FTP: 21, SFTP: 22, FTPS: 990, FTPES: 21)

File Path
Enter the path name for the metadata file (“/pub/
meta.xml”, “/home/user/meta2.xml”, etc.)
