About the Operation Lock
Feature
You can use this feature to prevent erroneous
camera operation.

While in the Camera mode (when the
display screen appears), press and hold
the [CANCEL] button for 5 seconds or
longer.

The operation lock turns on, and an operation
lock icon (r) appears on the display
screen.
