Troubleshooting guide
Power cannot be turned on (the sensor does not work).
• Connect the USB-DC cable all the way and firml .
• Insert the USB car charger to the accessory socket with the engine running.
Not enough air is output. / The unit emits a bad smell.
The unit or fil er is dirty. Replace the fil er with a new one.

“Care and maintenance”)
The operation does not stop although the engine of vehicle is switched OFF.
In a vehicle where the power is supplied to the accessory socket even if the engine
of vehicle is switched OFF, the engine interlocking function cannot be used. To
prevent battery rise, remove the USB car charger from the accessory socket.
There is a “jee” sound from the unit.
There is a slight sound when ions is taking place. This is not a malfunction.
There is a abnormal sound from the unit.
Malfunction has occurred on this unit. Consult your JVC dealer.
The air quality sensor does not change to green.
Due to the door and window is open, the dirty air come from outside. It
takes long time to clean the air.
The temperature and humidity display readings dier from the
other thermometer and hygrometer readings.
Depending on the dierence of environment, the display may dier. Use
the reading on the unit as an estimate.

Impossible de mettre sous tension (le capteur ne fonctionne pas).
•
Branchez le câble USB-CC en l’enfonçant jusqu’au bout fermement.
• Insérez le chargeur de voiture USB dans la prise pour accessoires avec le

Le fonctionnement ne s’arrête pas même si le moteur du véhicule est éteint.
Dans un véhicule où la prise d’accessoires reste sous tension, même si le
moteur du véhicule est éteint, la fonction de verrouillage du moteur ne
peut pas être utilisée. Pour éviter un échauement de la batterie, retirez le
chargeur de voiture USB de la prise pour accessoires.
L’appareil émet un son « jee ».
Il y a un léger bruit lorsque des ions se produisent. Il ne s’agit pas d’un
dysfonctionnement.

Der Betrieb stoppt nicht, obwohl der Motor des Fahrzeugs auf AUS geschaltet ist.

Het systeem kan niet worden ingeschakeld

• Sluit de USB-gelijkstroomkabel helemaal en stevig aan.

Steek de USB-auto-oplader in de accessoire-aansluiting terwijl de motor draait.
Er wordt niet genoeg lucht uitgevoerd. / Het apparaat stoot een vieze lucht uit.
Het apparaat of het fil er is vuil. Vervang het fil er door een nieuw exem-
plaar. (

De werking stopt niet terwijl de motor van het voertuig naar UIT is geschakeld.
In een voertuig waar de stroom via de accessoire-aansluiting wordt geleverd,
zelfs wanneer de motor van het voertuig UIT is, kan de motorvergrende-
lingsfunctie niet worden gebruikt. Om te voorkomen dat de batterij omhoog

om
t, verwijdert u de USB-auto-oplader van de accessoire-aansluiting.
Er komt een „jee”-geluid uit het apparaat.
Er is sprake van een licht hoorbaar geluid wanneer ionen plaatsvinden. Dit
duidt niet op een storing.

de overige metingen van de thermometer en de hygrometer.
Afhankelijk van het verschil in omgeving kan het display verschillen.
Gebruik de waarde op het apparaat als een schatting.

Il funzionamento non si ferma anche se il motore del veicolo viene spento.
In un veicolo in cui l’alimentazione viene fornita alla presa accessori anche
se il motore del veicolo è spento, la funzione di interblocco motore non
può essere utilizzata. Per evitare che la batteria si scarichi, rimuovere il
caricabatteria USB per auto dalla presa accessori.
Si sente un suono “gii” dall’unità.
Si sente un leggero suono quando si presentano gli ioni. Questo non è un
malfunzionamento.
Si sente un suono anomalo dall’unità.
Si è verifi ato un malfunzionamento su questa unità. Consultare il proprio
rivenditore JVC.
Il sensore della qualità dell’aria non diventa verde.
Poiché lo sportello e il finestrino sono aperti, l’aria sporca proviene dall’e-
sterno. Per pulire l’aria è necessario molto tempo.
Le letture della visualizzazione di temperatura e umidità dieri-
scono dalle altre letture di termometro e igrometro.
A seconda della dierenza di ambiente, la visualizzazione potrebbe die-
rire. Fare uso della lettura sull’unità come di una stima.

El funcionamiento no se detiene aunque el motor del vehículo esté apagado.
En un vehículo donde se suministra alimentación a la toma de accesorios,
no se puede utilizar la función de bloqueo del motor incluso si el motor
del vehículo está apagado. Para evitar el aumento de consumo de la bate-
ría, extraiga el cargador para coche USB de la toma de accesorios.
La unidad produce un sonido “jee”.
Hay un ligero sonido cuando se están produciendo los iones. Esto no cons-
tituye un funcionamiento incorrecto.
