AV-IN
No picture appears on the screen.
o Turn on the video component if it is not on.
o Connect the video component correctly.
Pandora*/iHeartRadio*/Spotify
The application does not work.
o The application on your iPod touch/iPhone/
Android is not the latest version. Update the
application.
“Please update Pandora App” appears.
o The Pandora application on your iPod touch/
iPhone/Android is not the latest version. Update
the application.
“Please check device.” appears.
o The Pandora application on your iPod touch/
iPhone/Android has not started up.
o The Pandora application is not installed on the
connected device.
o An error has occurred on the Pandora application.
“Login Error” appears.
o You have not been signed into Pandora.
“No skips remaining” appears.
o No more songs can be skipped.
“Failed to save your thumb rating” appears.
o Thumb-up/down is prohibited.
“No Station” appears.
o No station is available.
“No Active Station” appears.
o No station is being played.
“Station limit reached” appears.
o The station list is full and no more stations can be
registered.
“Failed to save your bookmark” appears.
o The unit has failed to save a bookmark. Try the
operation again.
“Limited Connectivity” appears.
o The connection with the Pandora application
cannot be established.
“Pandora not available” appears.
o You cannot use the Pandora application from
the area where you are currently trying to access
Pandora.
“Try again later” appears.
o The Pandora server is under maintenance.
“Station does not exist” appears.
o The selected station has been deleted by another
device or has expired.
“Cannot create a Station” appears.
o You cannot create a station during the read-
only mode or when network connection is not
established.

SiriusXM Satellite Radio*
“SXM No Signal” appears.
o Make sure the SiriusXM Satellite Radio antenna is
mounted outside the car. Move the car to an area
with a clear view of the sky.
“SXM Check Antenna” appears.
o Check the SiriusXM Satellite Radio antenna
connection, and make sure the antenna is firmly
attached to the tuner.
o Check whether the SiriusXM Satellite Radio antenna
cable is bent or broken. If it is damaged, replace the
whole antenna unit.
“SXM Check Tuner” appears.
o Make sure the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner is
connected to the unit.
“SXM Chan Unavailable” appears.
(Appears on the screen for about 5 seconds, then
returns to the previous channel):
o The selected channel is no longer available. Select
another channel or continue listening to the
previous channel.
“SXM Ch Unsubscribed” appears.
(Appears on the screen for about 5 seconds, then
returns to the previous channel)
o The selected channel is not part of your current
subscription plan. Call 1-866-635-2349 to subscribe.
“SXM Subscription Updated – Press Return to
Continue” appears.
o Your subscription has been updated. Press the
appropriate button to continue.
