To change the transmission signals for
operating a VCR
! Press and hold STANDBY/ON O/i VCR.
2 Press VCR.
3 Enter manufacturer's codes using buttons
1 - 9, and O.
4 Release STANDBY/ON _/i VCR.
Now, you can perform the following operations on the
VCR.
STANDBY/ON (b/IVCR Turnon or off the VCR.
VCR OH +/- Change the channels.

After pressing VCR, you can perform the following
operations on the VCR:
Start playback.
FF Fastwind a tape.
REW Rewind a tape.
Stop playback or recording.
II Pause playback. To release, press 1,.-.
REC PAUSE Press this button to enter recording
pause.
Then press I.- to start recording.
Note:
Refer also to the manual supplied with your VCR.
Try to operate your VCR by pressing
STANDBY/ON _/I VCR.
When your VCR turns on or off, you have entered the
correct codes.
If more than one code is listed for your brand of VCR,
try each one until the correct one is entered.

4 Release STANDBY/ON O/i DVD.
Now, you can use the following buttons on the DVD player.
Start playback.
Stop playback.
Skip to the beginning of the next chapters.
Return to the beginning of the current (or previous)
chapters.
n Pause playback.To release, press 1,,-.
DVD menu operations
After pressing DVD (or DVD MULTI*), you can use the
following buttons for DVD menu operations:
RX-6030VBK and RX-6032VSL only.
@
MENU Display or hide the menu screen.
&/v/I,,/<l Select an item on the menu screen.
ENTER (10) Enter a selected item.
5 Try to operate your DVD player by pressing
STANDBY/ON (b/I DVD.
When your DVDplayer turns on or off, you have entered
the correct codes.
