Changing the playback order
You can play titles or tracks on discs inserted in the
desired order or in random order.
You can play titles or tracks on discs inserted in the
desired order by using the Program function.

• While stopped
Press PLAYMODE- CANCEL.
The play mode menu appears on the TV screen.
UseCURSOR_/_ to move [_ to
[PROGRAM]and press ENTER.

The programmed disc number and title/track
number are shown under each program number,
• When you specify a wrong selection
Press PLAY MODE * CANCEL while holding down
the SHIFT (or press CANCEL on the front panel).
The last selection is erased.
• To clear the program
Press STOP.
4 PressPLAYto start program play.
When all of the programmed titles/tracks have
finished playback, the unit stops but the program
remains.
• Some DVD VIDEOdiscsmay not be played backcorrectly
in program mode.
• During program playback, pressing _ skip to the next
selection of the program. Pressing P<4 returns to the
beginning of the current selection, however, you cannot
skip backto the previous selection.
• By pressing PLAY MODE - CANCEL during program
playback, the program table is displayedonthe TV screen
and the current program number is indicated in yellow.
• in the program mode, the DISC (1 - 3) and numeric
buttons are only usedfor specifying program selections.
To quit program playback
Press STOP while stopped.
The "PROGRAM" indicator in the display window
turns off.
Note that the program remains.
To clear the program, press STOP while the program
table is shown on the TV screen.
While stopped and the play mode menu is displayed on the TV
screen, by moving _ to [PROGRAM] and pressing ENTER, the
program mode quits. Note that the program remains.

The program table appears under the menu bar
(as shown above).
The "PROGRAM" indicator appears in the display
window on the front panel.

buttons andthen the title ortrack using the
numeric buttons.

numeric buttons.
Up to 18 titles or tracks can be programmed. You
may select the same title or track more than once.
