Dear customer,
Thank you for purchasing a DREAMZONE product. Please read the following information before
use.
Unpacking
Roll packed products (e.g. topmattresses) should be carefully unpacked (no knives) so the
product isn’t damaged. Once unpacked they need to be laid at for up to 48 hours before
sleeping on them, in order to expand and regain their original size and shape.
Size tolerance
DREAMZONE mattresses are made of exible and comfortable materials. Size dierences of +/-
1.5cm (length or width) t the standards and are unavoidable (especially in the case of pocket
spring mattresses).
Smell
Materials such as wool, cotton, polyurethane foam and latex have their own characteristic
harmless smell that may linger for the rst few weeks of use. We recommend airing the mattress
to speed up this process.
Cleaning
Mattress covers are not washable, unless clearly indicated, and should therefore not be removed.
We recommend vacuuming and brushing your mattress to keep it clean.
Handles
The fabric handles on the side of the mattress are there to help when turning the mattress but
should never be used to carry the mattress.
Bed frames
All mattresses should be placed on slatted bases, which allow air to pass through the mattress.
