IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Some precautions about the night vision device before/during use.

1. Each package includes night vision binoculars, carrying bag, neck strap, pre-installed SD card,

USB cable, user manual, cleaning cloth. If any accessories are missing, please contact us.

2. Please read the user manual before use to ensure the correct use and maintenance of the

device.

3. Please install 8 AA regular batteries(NOT RECHARGEABLE) or connect it with the power bank

before use, which are not included.

4. The IR system does not work through glass or window because IR beams will reflect.

5. Format the TF card on the device before use, which can effectively improve the compatibility

and stability.

6. The device doesn't record sound.

7. Please press the IR+ button to turn on the infrared when in total darkness, or you can see

nothing on the screen.

8. The IR LEDs have only 5 levels when it is powered by 8 AA batteries. It has 7 levels if

connecting with a power bank.

9. Rotate the focus wheel until the image you see is sharp before shooting or recording video.

You can repeatedly adjust it according to the actual observation distance.

10. Please remember to remove the IR lens cover and turn on the infrared when in total

darkness.

11. The screen of the night vision binoculars will light off when it is connected to the TV.

Answer: If it does not work, you can first CHECK: 1. Whether the the positive and negative poles of the batteries are installed correctly; 2. Try to replace other BRAND NEW batteries, pay attention to whether all the batteries are in contact with the shrapnel of the ± pole; 3. LONG PRESS the power button to turn on. (Please DO NOT use rechargeable batteries) If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we will 100% fix your concern.
