to the following two conditions: ( 1) This device m ay not cause harm ful
int erference and ( 2) this device m ust accept any int erference received,
including int erference that m ay cause undesired operation.
Rem inder:
To com ply wit h FCC part 15 rules, the ODU m ust only be used as a
syst em as FCC cert if ied. The system m ust also be professionally inst alled
to ensure com pliance with t he Part 15 certificat ion. I t is the responsibility
of t he operator and professional inst aller to ensure t hat only cert ified
syst em s are deployed in where FCC rules apply. Furt her, according to
FCC Part 15 regulations, Section 15.247( b) ( 3) ( iii) , t he inst aller m ust
ensure t hat t he high-gain direct ional ant enna used in this syst em is used
exclusively for fixed, point -to- point operations and t hat m ultiple
co- located int ent ional radiators transm it t ing the sam e inform at ion are
not used. For further inform at ion, please see Appendix B.
I MPORTANT NOTE:
To com ply wit h the FCC RF exposure com pliance requirem ents, no
change to the ant enna or t he device is perm itt ed. Any change t o t he
ant enna or t he device could result in the device exceeding t he RF
exposure requirem ents and void user’ s aut hority to operate t he device.

This equipm ent com plies with FCC radiation exposure lim it s set forth for an
uncont rolled environm ent when installed as direct ed. This equipm ent should
be installed and operat ed with fix-m ount ed ant ennas that are inst alled wit h
a m inim um of 2 m et ers of separat ion distance bet ween t he ant enna and all
persons’ body during norm al operation.
