INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

THESE INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED EVERY TIME THE FILTER IS

SERVICED, OTHERWISE THE FILTER MAY NOT SEAL, AND DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE

COULD RESULT.

1. Remove the stock air filter.

2. Remove the o-ring from the air box base.

Note: Do not remove the o-ring from the air box lid otherwise the filter will not seal correctly.

3. Install the K&N Air Filter into the air box base making sure it is completely seated.

4. Reinstall the air box lid and tighten the screws.

Congratulations, you have purchased the finest air filter that money can buy. With proper care, this filter will last 1 million miles or

more. This filter may be used in a stock machine, with no modifications required. However, if any modifications have been made,

tuning/jetting adjustments may be required. The following procedure MUST be followed to ensure a proper fit and seal of the K&N

Air Filter.
