INSTALLATION

Air exhaustion, leakage-testing, pipes-wrapping and test-running

1. Exhaustion

 The moisture staying in cooling system could result in failure.

 Remove the screw cap of high-pressure valve and low-pressure valve.

 Remove the screw cap of the three way valve.

 Connect the joint of the vacuum pump to the maintenance point, fasten it (make sure it can lift up

the pressure pin of the maintenance point). Start the vacuum pump, swiftly screw down the joint

of the pump until the vacuum degree in the pipe <30pa, then shut the vacuum pump off.

 Turn the two-way valve, three-way valve counter clockwise to the end.

 Fasten the nut of two-way valve, three-way valve and valve for maintenance.

2. Leakage testing

 Wipe suds or R407C specific leakage tester to check the leakage of all joints.

3. Pipes-wrapping

 Tape the connecting pipes and wires together with specific adhesive tape. Do not wrap the

drainage pipes together with the connecting pipes and wires.

 Please wrap the pipes from the joint of the outdoor unit until the end of the pipes, while taping,

please cover half of the tape at a time.

 Do not wrap the pipes too tight, otherwise it will lower the effect of shutting the air out.

 When finished the protection work and taping the pipes, seal the hole up to avoid the wind and

rain.

4. Test running

 Before making the air conditioner operate, check the following:

 Wipe out all the spare parts, especially the metal scraps, line kits and the nips.

 All wire connections are correct and solid

 Open the stop valves of the pipes.

 Have batteries been inserted in the remote control?

 If no, insert two AAA (LR 03) batteries.

5. Running

 Press the "on/off" button on the remote control start

up air conditioner.

 Press the "operation mode" button to make air

conditioner work in cooling, dehumidification or

ventilation mode.

 Under cooling or dehumidification mode, if outdoor

unit works normally, you will feel cold when you put

your hand on the suction pipe, and discharge pipe

is hot, low noise of compressor and cold air be

delivered from the indoor unit.
