TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The operating buttons do not
light up and device is not
turning on.
• Ensure mixer container is properly
placed on the base.
• Check to see if device is plugged
in.
• Check that “ON/OFF” switch is
turned “ON”.
The operating buttons light
up, but device does not
work.
• Unplug the power cable from the
socket.
• Ensure the container is properly in
place.
The device turns off after a
long period of mixing.
• Device may be overheating
causing the overheat protection
to turn on, protecting the motor
from damage.
• Unplug the device and allow it to
cool down for 15 to 30 minutes
before reconnecting and turning
back on.
The mixture is too thick.
• The device can be overloaded
when using foods cut into too-
large pieces. Cut food into
smaller pieces and try again.
Foods being processed should be
cut into 1-inch cubes at most.
• Try adding more liquid to the
mixture to facilitate blending.
The ingredients stick to the
sides of the container and
do not reach the blades.
• Ingredients may be too large,
causing them to stick to the sides
of the container. Try again with
smaller-cut pieces.
• Use tamper to shove down food
to reach the blades.
• Add liquid and process at low
speed; increase gradually.
