E2: Means short-circuit of the sensor or unit overheat. The unit will beep
10 times. In case of overheat the unit is likely to display E3 (see below)
then E2. This can happen in some cases when the unit is heating
without any water in the cooking pot. If the case:
Add a little bit of water in the cooking pot
Let the unit cool down. The function should then be restored.
E2 might also appear when some foreign substance, food or liquids are
entering the socket at the center of the base, which creates a short
circuit. In this case, discontinue the use and contact Customer service
for maintenance/repair.
E3: Means “Overheating”. The unit will beep 10 times. Overheating
happens when the temperature detected is higher than 450°F. When
this happens:
Add a little bit of water in the cooking pot
Let the unit cool down. The function should then be restored.
If this E3 error message appears again on a regular basis, then it is
likely that the cooking pot or the heating plate inside the base are
deformed and create an uneven heat. The cooking pot or the
heating plate need to be replaced. Please contact Customer
service for maintenance/repair.
E4: There is an error with the pressure switch. The unit will beep 10
times.
Press “Keep warm/Cancel”
Unplug from wall outlet and wait approximately 10 minutes
Plug the unit back in, press CANCEL and resume cooking.
