To use KTU10/20 with Mac OS:
1. Before starting to use KTU10 or KTU20, please make sure your system meets the System
Requirements from above.
To use KTU10/20 with Windows OS:
1. Before starting to use KTU10 or KTU20, please make sure your system meets the System
Requirements from above.
2. Download the latest drivers from the Kanex website. For KTU10, please visit the Downloads
section on the product page, http://www.kanexlive.com/thunderbolt-esata to download USB
3.0 and eSATA drivers. For KTU20, please visit the Downloads section of the product page,
http://www.kanexlive.com/thunderbolt-gigabit-ethernet to download USB 3.0 and Gigabit
Ethernet drivers.
3. After downloading the drivers, please extract the files and double click on the “setup” file and
follow the installation wizard to complete driver installation.
4. Next plug the Thunderbolt cable of the KTU10/20 to the available Thunderbolt port on your PC.
*Please Note: KTU10 and KTU20 cannot be used as a bootable
devices for Mac or Windows
