Introduction You can control 4 host devices such as computers easily through independent HID keyboard and mouse ports. This device is capable to display 4 host device screens simultaneously on one TV monitor through HDMI. This device also supports USB3.0 for super speed data transfer. Please refer to the diagram below for the basic plug and play connections. - Connect host device to desired HDMI port via HDMI cable - Connect host device to the USB port above the HDMI port with supplied USB 3.
- HID keyboard and mouse are connected to the 2 assigned HID USB 2.0 ports on the front panel. It makes cropping/transitioning more effortless.
Installation and Operation There are two USB 3.0 super speed ports on the front panel for high speed data transfer. Users can connect USB 3.0/2.0/1.1 flash drives or disk enclosure for data/file transfer of up to 5Gbps. 1. On the rear panel, connect USB 3.0 and HDMI cables to the USB 3.0 and HDMI ports on each computer or device.
2. On the front panel, adjacent to the keyboard & mouse ports; USB flash drives or disk enclosures can be connected to the USB 3.0 ports. 3. When powered on, the default screen mode is on quad view, and the KVM output is on port 1. - HDMI input LEDs turns on when the adjcent computer or device is also powered on. - Port selection LED indicates current KVM output port. Only one LED will be on.
4. Users can change the screen layout between “Full screen” and “Quad view” by pressing M1 and M2 button on the front panel or remote control. 5. Users can change the KVM output port by pressing port selection button (P1, P2, P3, P4) on the front panel or remote control. The LED of the selected port will be turn on. A music symbol “ “ will show on the screen corresponding to that computer or device.
6. The KVM will switch keyboard, mouse and USB disk connection to the selected computer. Users can operate the selected computer via all the devices connected on the front panel as they are connected to the computer directly.
