Contact Kapsch Service
for assistance

Replace Primary
CTM
All Primary STATUS
LEDs solid green?
Reboot Primary CTM
All Primary STATUS
LEDs solid green?
 Verify Primary PMS +5 and +15 LEDs
are solid green.
 Verify correct configuration file is
loaded.
 Verify Auto Recovery to Prime is
enabled.
 Verify SPM mode switch is set to Auto
