2.1.10. Using the Firewall module
Firewall module is designed for monitoring the network activity and protection of
your mobile device at the network level (see Figure 21).
You can select the protection level (Firewall setting) in order to specify the level
of control over the incoming and outgoing traffic out of the suggested options:
High – any network activity except updating of bases and connection to
Kaspersky Administration Kit is blocked.
Medium – all incoming connections will be blocked, outgoing connec-
tions can only be established using SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, SMTP
ports.
Low level – only incoming connections will be blocked.
Off – all network activities will be allowed.
Using the Notifications setting you can enable/disable the user’s notification
about an attempt to establish a connection blocked at the Firewall protection
level selected. In order to disable receipt of notifications, select Off.

Information about the Firewall module's work will be entered into the application
log. In order to view the report, select the Reports item in the Firewall tab.
