Warranty

Limited 30 day Warranty - This warranty is intended to cover defects in manufacturing
and does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, accidental
damage, or improper assembly. It is only valid for the original purchaser.
Documentation of purchase date, purchase price and place of purchase must be
verified to validate the warranty.
There is no need for you to send us the product or part believed defective. After
verification of claim, Kate & Laurel will replace any defective product or missing part.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. This guarantee applies under
conditions of reasonable use, and does not extend to cosmetic damage caused by
accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect.
