In certain cases, it is necessary to send the license key to KATHREIN Solutions GmbH.
1. To do so, click
Save license to le (① in ).
2. Select the le name and the destination directory.
3. Send the le to KATHREIN Solutions GmbH.

1. Go to the support portal of the KATHREIN Solutions GmbH at https://support.kathrein-solutions.com/.
2. If you do not have an account yet, create an account.
3. After the successful registration, click
Ticket Tracking .
4. Click
Add Ticket .
➯ A new mask appears in which you can describe your question and attach les.
5. Attach the le with the license key by clicking
Browse .
6. Click
Save to send the le to the KATHREIN Solutions GmbH support team.
