Operation from the front panel (without remote control)
If you have misplaced your remote control, or if the batteries are fl at, you can still operate your receiver
from the front panel.
Backup operation
The front panel houses four buttons and the multifunction control (hereafter referred to as “the control”):
On/Off:
You can turn the receiver on from standby mode and then switch it back off to standby mode using the
On/Off button.
TV/radio button:
You can change between the TV and the radio mode using the TV/radio button.
Media button:
Pressing the Media button opens the Kathrein portal (Media centre). This is operated via the multifunction
control.
Back button:
Pressing the Back button closes the menu or display currently selected.
Multifunction control:
You can switch between channels using the multi-function control dial. In open menus individual items
can be selected and then confi rmed or called up by pressing the control.
After the receiver has been switched off and on again, the last function to be selected is active.
