EPG - Electronic Programme Guide
The EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) displays information on
the current and upcoming programmes. The information provided
is determined by the broadcasters, and differs widely from channel
to channel. Many channels are broadcast with no usable ancillary
information (SI data). The same is true with regard to the programme
listings (preview function). Some broadcasters transmit no data, others
offer a listing with additional programme information days in advance.
Press the
button to call up and quit the EPG.
a) Current and next programme
displays the title, start and end time of the current program and
- depending on broadcaster - additional programme details. Press
the
button again to display the title, start and end time of the next
program and - depending on broadcaster - additional programme
details. Press
to quit the EPG.
Pressing
also cancels the programme details view immediately.
b) Further programme listings and additional information
Activate main navigator, view information on current programme.
Open programme listings.
Depending on broadcaster, you get a schedule covering the current day
or several days in advance.
Use the

and

buttons to scroll or page back and forth to
nd the programme you want. When you have selected the programme
you want, press
to call up more details. If no ancillary information is
available a message is displayed telling you so.
If the programme information extends over more than one page you
can use the

buttons to scroll back and forth through it.
Press
or
to quit the programme information and return to the
programme listing.
