Basic Operation
Metronome
The Metronome function provides a steady beat to aid practicing the piano at a consistent tempo.
The tempo, time signature, and volume of the metronome can be freely adjusted.
Turning the Metronome on/o
Press the [METRONOME] button.
The LED indicator for the [METRONOME] button will turn on to
indicate that the metronome function is in use, and a 1/4 beat
will start to count.
The Metronome screen will be shown in the display.
* By default the metronome will count with a 1/4 beat at 120 bpm.
Press the [METRONOME] button again to stop the metronome
and return to normal operation.
Adjusting the Metronome tempo
While the Metronome screen is shown in the display:
Press the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons to move the selection cursor
over the Tempo setting.
Press the [1] function button (ENTER) to enter the Tempo setting.
Press the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons to adjust the tempo.
* The metronome tempo can be adjusted within the range of 10~300
bpm.
Press the [2] function button (BACK) to exit the Tempo setting
screen and return to the metronome screen.

* The preferred metronome tempo can be stored to the Startup Setting
memory for automatic selection when the instrument is turned on.
