IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION • This lamp is for indoor use only. The lamp should not be used near water. Never immerse the lamp in water or other liquids. • Never cover the lamp with any object including cloth or paper as this is a fire hazard. • Do not handle the bulb immediately after the light is turned off as it will be hot. • This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.

ASSEMBLY (continued) LAMP ASSEMBLY 1 Installing the upper light bulb • Install the light bulb (H7) into the socket. Use one MAX 10W medium base (E26) self-ballasted LED bulb (9.5 W medium base (E26) self-ballasted LED bulb included). NOTE: You can also use one MAX 60W medium base (E26) type "A" bulb. Do not exceed the recommended wattage.

ASSEMBLY (continued) LAMP ASSEMBLY 5 Using the USB port • On the base there is a built in Dual USB port for you to connect a charging cable (not included) (powers phones, tablets & more). • The built-in Dual USB port rating: 5Vdc, 2.0A. 6 Replacing the night light bulb • Unscrew the frame (B) from the fixture body (A). • Remove the old night light bulb from the socket of the bottom of the fixture body (A). Install the new night light bulb into the socket.
