Q: Microphone isn’t working
A:
1: Select “Microphone(Realtek USB2.0 Audio)” as the default
audio input device in the preference and in MS
Teams/Zoom....settings
Q: Could not log in the PC when reboot.
A:
1: Please change the power plan to “High performance”, follow
Control Panel> Hardware and Sound>Power Options
Q: Make sure your face is centered in the frame.
A:
Had to disconnect the Kaysuda camera, re-run Facial Recognition
process for Windows Hello, then disable the Microsoft IR Front
Camera service to get it to work again.
