RoHSII Declaration of Conformity
KB Electronics, Inc. (KB) declares that its products are in compliance with the material restrictions
as defined in Directive 2011/65/EU of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical
and Electronic Equipment. The Directive 2011/65/EU of RoHS is also referred to as RoHS II
and RoHS Recast.
Our suppliers have demonstrated compliance to the material restrictions of RoHS II by providing
written and/or website accessible declarations for all parts and materials used to manufacture KB
products*. Any of these parts and materials, that fall under the scope of Directive 2011/65/EU,
do not exceed the limits as defined in Annex II.
