The stereo headphone output has its own fader.
Range: -∞ – +6dB
The headphone output fader is blue.
The headphone output fader controls the nal output level of the headphone output.
MAIN OUTPUT FADER
The main output stereo pair has its own fader.
Range: -∞ – 0dB
The main output fader is blue.
The main output fader controls the nal output level of the main output channels (outputs 1 &
2).
5.1.2.2 – DECIBEL NUMBER BOXES
The number boxes show the exact numerical value the faders are set to in dB
(decibels).
Range: -∞dB – +6dB
You can manually type in a level for the associated fader with these. Just click anywhere in the
number box and start typing.
The fader will jump to whatever value is entered (assuming it is in the correct range).
Any out of range values will be clipped to either the minimum or maximum value (depending on if
the entered value is lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum).
5.1.2.3 – CHANNEL SELECT BUTTONS
The channel select buttons above each fader are used to select the currently
focused channel. They’re also used to identify what input channel or output bus
the associated fader is in charge of.
Each input channel and output bus has its own channel select button.
When a channel is selected, the editor displays that channel’s channel strip
settings in the main tab area (just above the fader section). This happens even if you are not
currently viewing the Channel Strip Tab.
EDIT MULTIPLE
Holding down the Shift key on your computer keyboard while clicking a channel select button
allows you to edit the Channel Strip settings of multiple channels at the same time.
This can only be done with the eight input channels. Edit Multiple is not available for the Aux,
Phones, or Mains channels.
