Q KNOB & NUMBER BOX
The Q knob controls the amount of Q (or “bandwidth”) for the mid-bandpass lter.
• Turn clockwise to increase (narrower bandwidth); turn counterclockwise to decrease
(wider bandwidth).
• A specic value may be entered into the accompanying number box as an alternative
way of settings the Q.
• Range: 0.1 – 10

The EQ’s higher band is a sweepable, dual-pole, high-shelving lter.
FREQUENCY KNOB & NUMBER BOX
The high frequency knob controls the center frequency of the high-shelf lter.
• Turn clockwise to increase the frequency; turn counterclockwise to decrease the
frequency.
• A specic value may be entered into the accompanying number box as an alternative
way of setting the frequency.
• Range: 3kHz – 20kHz
CUT/BOOST KNOB & NUMBER BOX
The cut/boost knob controls the amount of cut or boost the high-shelf lter will apply.
• Turn clockwise to increase (boost); turn counterclockwise to decrease (cut).
• A specic value may be entered into the accompanying number box as an alternative
way of setting the cut/boost level.
• Range: ±18dB
COMPRESSOR SECTION
The Compressor section of the channel strip is home to the compressor
parameters. Each of the 8 input channels (and the main output bus) have
their own downward compressor available for taming those out of control
peaks.
BYPASS BUTTON
The bypass button enables or disables the compressor.
• Clicking the button will toggle the state of the bypass.
• The button will light up green when enabled (compressor on).
• The button will go dark when disabled (compressor bypassed).
