CROSSOVER FREQUENCY
Sets the center frequency of the crossover.
• Audio below the crossover frequency will be routed out the headphone jack.
• Audio above the crossover frequency will be routed out outputs 1–8 as normal.
• Range: 40Hz – 160Hz
5.2.3.4 – SURROUND PANNERS
The surround panners are used to spatialize/move sounds between
speakers in the selected surround sound format.
• The blue dots along the edge of the panners represent the speaker
placement of the selected surround format. Each speaker is labelled
with a number representing the K-Mix output channel that speaker’s
audio signal will be sent out on.
• The four panners mirror the behavior of K-Mix’s four rotary encoders
when in surround panning mode.
• Clicking a surround panner while holding down the COMMAND key will instantly reset the panner
to center.
5.2.3.5 – SURROUND PANNER ASSIGNMENT BUTTONS
Used to assign the input channels to one of the four rotaries.
• Once an input channel is assigned, the associated surround
panner (and rotary on the K-Mix hardware) will be used to
pan that channel’s audio in the surround eld.
• It is not possible to have a channel unassigned.
• An input channel may only be assigned to a single rotary at a time. They cannot be assigned to
multiple panners simultaneously.
• When a channel is assigned to a panner, its button will be white.
• When a channel is not assigned to a panner, its button will be black.
