Soldering Process
Reow soldering temperature is measured on the top
surface of the component: Preheating temperature
shouldbelessthan170°C.Thetimeabove217°Cshould
be less than 50 seconds. The peak temperature must not
exceed240°C.
A lead-free soldering process for this series is in
development. Please contact KEMET for details.
