Light Operation instructions
Make sure light switch on the control panel is in the
OFF position.
Connect light plug to an extension cord and plug the
extension cord plug into a GFI outlet.
Turn the light switch on the control panel to ON.
Keep any electrical supply cord away from
any heated surface.
Use the shortest length extension cord
required. Do nat connect 2 or more extension
cords together.
Halogen Bulb Specification
Wattage: 10W per bulb
Voltage: 12V
Bulb Replacement
Make sure light switch on the control panel is in the
OFF position and electrical plug is disconnected from
its power source (outlet).
1.) Squeeze tabs on plug
together and pull plug
out.
2.) Loosen top screws on
each side of plug.
Replace bulb and
reverse procedure to
reinstall.
Lens Replacement
Make sure light switch on the control panel is in the
OFF position and electrical plug is disconnected from
its power source (outlet).
1.) Remove 2 Phillips
Head Screws securing
light assembly inside the
firebox.
2.) Grasp plug and lift
light assembly up off
firebox back wall.
3.) Replace lens and
reverse procedure to
reinstall.
Lens Cleaning
AMake sure light switch on the control panel is in the
OFF position and electrical plug is disconnected from
its power source (outlet).
1. Ensure lens is cool.
2. Use a damp towel and warm water to clean the
surface of the lens.
3. Allow the lens to dry before reconnecting the light plug
to the power supply and use.
Since 1971 the National Electric Code (NEC)
has required Ground Fault Interrupter
devices on all outdoor circuits. If your
residence was built before 1971, check with
a qualified electrician to determine if a
Ground Fault Interrupter protector exists.
Do nat use this appliance if the circuit does
not have GFI protection.
Do nat plug this appliance into an indoor
circuit.

1. To protect against electric shock, do nat
immerse cord or plugs in water or other
liquid.
2. Unplug from the outlet when nat in use and
before cleaning.
3. Do nat operate grill with a damaged cord,
plug or after the appliance malfunctions or
has been damaged in any manner.
4. Use only a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI)
protected circuit with this outdoor cooking
gas appliance.
5. Never remove the grounding plug or use
with a 2-prong adapter.
6. Use only an extension cord with a 3 prong
grounding plug, rated far the power of the
equipment, and approved far outdoor use
with a W-A marking.
