It is normal for your oven door to gwe
the appearance of not having a good
seal against the oven. Th_s _s due to
the gasket. The location of the gasket
on the door maintains a good sea! and
prevents any heat toss,
Utensils should never be
left in the oven during a
self-clean cycle.
Gray porcelain-coated oven racks
may safely be cleaned in the oven
during a serf-clean cycle. It will be
necessary to grease the edges of
the oven rack with a light coating
of vegetable oil after a clean
cycle. This will help maintain the
ease of sliding the racks in and
out of the oven,
For the first clean cycle, vent the
room with an opened window or
hood vent. This will reduce the
odor when heating new parts.
