The workstation of any worker classified as a
screen equipment user (according to the
legislation) must fully comply with the
minimum requirements as outlined in the
Display Screen Equipment Legislation.
The aim is to ensure that the user’s working
environment is free from potential health
hazards and risk of injury. Important apests of
this include: sitting comfortably with correct
posture, caring for the neck and back;
supporting wrists; avoiding screen glare and
reflections which can cause you eye strain and
headaches.
