Changing the Recording Settings
The “Rec setting” allows you to set various items according to the type of
the recorded sound.

Larger figures mean higher audio quality.
The 44.1 kHz sampling frequency and 16
quantization bits are most suitable for
recording of a music CD, etc.

Recorded audio is compressed in the MP3
format.
Larger figures mean higher audio quality.
Smaller figures mean longer recording time.
