Makes 1 large loaf
Time : 3hrs 25mins
1 Remove the bread pan from the bread machine and fit the kneader.
2 Add the ingredients in the order stated in the individual recipes.
3 Insert and lock the bread pan into the bread machine. Select program SPECIALITY
SWEET. Press start.
4 At the end of the cycle, turn off and remove the bread pan using oven gloves. Turn out
on to a wire rack to cool.
1 Pour the yoghurt and orange juice into the bread pan. Sprinkle over the flour, ensuring
it covers the liquid. Add the sugar, salt, butter and yeast.
2 Add the walnuts and grated citrus rinds when the machine makes an audible sound
during the kneading cycle.
