message Cause/Solution
Dashboard camera has
stopped recording due to
high temperature.
Recording was not possible due the temperature of the
device rising.
å Reduce the temperature inside the vehicle. The protection
circuit operation will be canceled and recording will become
possible.
Dashboard camera will turn
off due to high temperature.
The power was turned off for safety reasons due to the
temperature of the device rising.
å Reduce the temperature inside the vehicle. The protection
circuit operation will be canceled and recording will become
possible.
No update file available
There is no firmware data in the SD card.
å Insert rmware data for the device in the SD card.
The update file in the SD card is the same as or older than
the current firmware version.
å Insert the latest rmware data.
å If the SD card contains the latest rmware data, an update is
not necessary because the rmware of the device is up to date.
System update failed
The update file could not be read properly from the SD card.
The update file is damaged.
å
Format the SD card in the device, copy the update data to the
SD card again, and then perform the update operation again.
Disconnected
The device is not connected properly.
The device is powered off.
å Verify the connection by consulting instructions in “How to
Wi re .”(P.10)
å Turn on the power.

Data appearing shorter
than the preset period of
recording
If an impact is detected immediately after the power is turned
on or if the power is turned off immediately after an impact is
detected, video would appear shorter than the preset period of
time.
Viewer program has been
deleted
Download the installer from the dedicated website and reinstall
the program.
Viewer program won’t
launch.
Verify the operating environment of the viewer program. If no
problems are found, reinstall the viewer program.
Video won’t start playing Reload the file. If the video still won’t play, the file may have been
corrupted.
Video plays but does not
sound
[Audio Recording] may have been set to [OFF] in [Recording
Settings]. Further, verify if either the viewer program or your PC
does not have its volume set to a minimum.
