de alimentação e empurre com o empurrador.
Nota: O suporte limpador foi concebido para rodar
enquanto a máquina trabalha.

Para extrair a maior quantidade possível de sumo
deve empurrar lentamente os alimentos através
do tubo de alimentação. Não use força excessiva
uma vez que os alimentos devem ser puxados
naturalmente pela espiral trituradora.

Se os alimentos ficarem presos no tubo de
alimentação ou na espiral trituradora e o extractor
de sumo parar, desligue-o colocando-o em "

todo o sumo da taça do sumo. O tempo varia
dependendo do tipo de fruto e da grossura do
sumo extraído.
10 Desligue da tomada e espere que o fluxo de sumo
fique reduzido a algumas gotas. Depois feche a
tampa anti-pingo

(K) antes de retirar o jarro.

Lave cuidadosamente todos os frutos ou vegetais
antes de os utilizar.
l
Para maximizar a extracção de sumo, coloque
pequenas quantidades de cada vez no tubo de
alimentação e empurre devagar.
l
Os frutos duros devem ser utilizados à temperatura
ambiente.
l
Não necessita de retirar a pele ou a casca se for
fina. Retire apenas a casca grossa que à partida
também não comeria, p.ex. a da laranja, ananás,
melão e beterraba crua.
l
Use sempre frutos e vegetais frescos uma vez que
produzem mais sumo.
l
Retire os coroços e sementes duras das cerejas,
ameixas, etc.
l
As vitaminas desaparecem – quanto mais
depressa consumir o sumo mais vitaminas serão
aproveitadas.
l
Se precisa de armazenar o sumo durante poucas
horas, deve colocá-lo no frigorífico. Será melhor
conservado se lhe juntar umas gotas de limão.
Recomendações de Saúde
l
Não beba mais de 230 ml de sumo por dia, a não
ser que esteja habituado.
l
Para as crianças, deve diluir o sumo em quantidade
igual de água.
