Sound Setup
Audio Preset Recall
Recalling the sound setup registered by <Audio
Preset Memory> (page 32).
1 Select the source
Press the [SRC] button.
2 Enter Audio preset recall mode
Select “SOUND” > “Preset” > “Recall”.
For how to select Function Control items, refer to
<Function Control> (page 6).
3 Select the number to recall in the memory
Turn the Control knob and push the center
when the desired number is displayed.
4 Turn the Control knob to select YES”, and then
press the Control knob.
“Recall Completed” is displayed.
5 Exit Audio preset recall mode
Press the [FNC] button.
The “User of <Preset Equalizer curve select> (page 30) is
changed to the value which was recalled.
The Equalizer curve is changed to the value which was
recalled by the selected source.
Audio Preset Memory
Registering the value setup by Sound Control.
1 Setup Sound Control
Refer to the following operations to setup the
Sound Control.
- Cabin selection (page 28)
- Speaker Setting (page 28)
- DTA (Digital Time Alignment) setting (page 29)
- X’Over setting (page 29)
- Manual Equalizer Control (page 30)
- Preset position selection (page 31)
- Manual position setting (page 31)
2 Enter Audio preset memory mode
Select “SOUND” > “Preset” > “Memory.
For how to select Function Control items, refer to
<Function Control> (page 6).
3 Select the number to put in the memory
Turn the Control knob and push the center
when the desired number is displayed.
4 Turn the Control knob to select “YES”, and then
press the Control knob.
“Memory Completed” is displayed.
5 Exit Audio preset memory mode
Press the [FNC] button.
Register 6 pairs of Audio Preset Memory.
Number “1”: When you press the Reset, all the sources
will be the setting value which is registered.
Number “1” and “2”:
The memory cannot be erased by the Reset button.
This function cannot be registered when the iPod
Equalizer set in <Preset Equalizer curve select> (page 30).
