The contents of the Folder can be displayed right across the full screen using function F7 Pattern List. It calls up a page where the names of
the Styles are shown in 3 columns, at the bottom the Tempo in use and the name of the Style loaded.
Select the Style to be loaded from this list using the CURSOR +/- push buttons and confirm the loading in RAM using F10 Load. If F10 Play
appears then the Style has already been loaded in RAM.
In alternative you can enter the number of the Style to be loaded using the numeric keypad (STYLES push buttons).
The Tempo value can be blocked from this page by pressing SLOW and FAST together. When the blocking function is active, the symbol “*”
appears next to the Tempo value.
The Arranger controls are available to immediately play the Style.
There is no need to go back to the main page to use the Arranger. If you remain in the Pattern List page you can select other Styles to be loaded
even when the Arranger is running.
The Styles loaded in RAM are marked with the symbol “”.
The advantage of loading a number of Styles in RAM lies in the fact that they are immediately available from the main page of the display using
the Single RAM Style function already described.
LOADING AND MANAGING A NUMBER OF RAM STYLES FROM HARD DISK
This procedure is used to select a number of RAM Styles to be loaded directly in the memory, plus it is possible to see how much RAM space is
still available and how much space is taken up by the single Style and also to cancel the whole contents of the RAM while loading the Styles
selected.
From the main page of the display, enable the MASTER FOLDER push button.
Press the BLOCK/LIST push button. The page that is called up shows all the Styles (in Pattern format) stored in Folder 95 Styles. The sta-
tus of the SINGLE RAM STYLE push button does not affect the procedures.
The page that appears shows all the Styles in the middle of the display (in .PAT format) and offers various options. To select the Styles to
be loaded use the VALUE +/- push buttons to scroll one file at a time, CURSOR +/- to call up groups of Styles if stored in the Folder and F10
Select to confirm the choice. The symbol “>” is set next to each Style selected.
Press the VALUE +/- push buttons together at the same time to select all the Styles in Folder 95 Styles.
