Message communication sets the date and time of a measuring instrument
connected to the CB-EP100.
Service code 58H is used.
The following settings are required to use this object.
• Service code
• Class ID
• Instance ID
• Service Data
• Commands
• Response (when successful)
• Response (when failed)

Service code Specify "set date and time (58H)" (fixed value).
