*1 External input request to the sensor amplifiers connected to the DL-PN1 (Slot 0) can
be executed en bloc. (Smart Access function)
Functions assigned to the external input request 1 to 4 are as follows:
• External input request 1: ZERO SHIFT input
• External input request 2: TIMING input
• External input request 3: RESET input
• External input request 4: ERROR CLEAR input
