The following shows the list of error codes that are generated in the IV series.

Switch on the power back ON. 
Do not switch off the unit while the 
settings are being saved. 
If the error persists, contact your 
nearest KEYENCE ofce.

A data error has 
occurred. 
The data corruption may 
have occurred due to a

If two or more errors are occurring at the same time, the error code of the highest priority error will be
