Data I/O communication setting method

Click the CPU in the [Devices] tab. Select
[Download to device] - [All] to download
the setting to the CPU.
The [Extended download to device] screen will
appear.

Click the [Load] button to perform the
download.

Set the CPU mode switch to “RUN”.
If the connection is successful, the RUN LED
of the CPU will light in green and the data I/O
communication will become enabled.
By default, [Size of the process-image input
area] is set to “128”.
To be able to access the addresses after
address 128, expand the setting as shown
below.
Modifying [Size of the process image
input] may affect the scan time of the PLC.
Conduct a thorough verication before the
operation.
