Displacement mode:
When both OUT1 and OUT2 satisfy the following
conditions
• DISTANCE and THICK
When a measured value is obtained exceeding
the specified light intensity level
• SLANT and ΔSLANT
When multiple numbers of data obtain a
measured value exceeding the specified light
intensity level
Profile mode:
When both AREA1 and AREA2 satisfy the following
conditions
• Other than AREA (amount of space)
When a measured value is obtained with
more than one data point within the area
exceeding the specified light intensity level.
• AREA (amount of space)
When measured value of area is obtained with the
multiple numbers of data within area exceeding
the specified light intensity level.
