Simulation Mode
You can use this function to check that the I/O control cable has been wired
correctly.
Main screen
1 On the main screen, while pressing the
[MODE] button, press the W button five times.
[51.out] is displayed on the main display (upper
level).
While pressing
the [MODE]
button, press the
W button five
times.
2 Use the S/T buttons to display the signal that
you want to output in the sub display (lower
level). The signal will be output when it is
displayed. Press the [MODE] button to
proceed to the next step.

3 When you turn ON external input 1 to external
input 4, the corresponding part of the display
will change from [_] to [o].
From the right, the parts correspond to external
inputs 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Press the [MODE] button to proceed to the next step.
(Example) [___o] indicates that external input 1 is
on.
[o_o_] indicates that external inputs 2
and 4 are on.

4 The upper limit, middle value, and lower limit
of the analog output are generated. This is not
displayed when the analog output is turned
OFF. Press the [MODE] button to proceed to
the next step.
(Example) When the analog output setting is 0 to 5 V
5 V is output for Hi, 2.5 V is output for Mid,
0 V is output for Lo, and 5.5 V is output for
Err.
[MODE] button
5 [END] is displayed on the sub display (lower
level). Press the [MODE] button to complete
the procedure and return to the main screen.

5. Specifications
This chapter describes the specifications, circuit diagrams, and dimensions of the
SK Series.
Specifications
Sensor head
*1 Even in the measurement area, if the distance to the detection target is smaller than the
reference distance, measurement cannot be performed up to the upper limit of the
measurement range.
*2 When measured an average of 256 times, this value is ±100 V or less in high-precision
mode and ±1 kV or less in wide-range mode, and ±10% (indicated value) in other ranges.
*3 The measurement accuracy range is ± 30 kV.
