3-1 Correct Installation Method
• The SL-V receiver and transmitter must be aligned in the same plane. The cables must exit from the
same end of the light curtain.
• The SL-V must be installed so that the indicators on the transmitter and receiver face one another and
are located at the same height.

Make sure that the transmitter and receiver are of the same type (eg. SL-VxxH, or SL-VxxL) and size (eg.
SL-VxxHT and SL-VxxHR) before installation. Never mix sizes or types.
