Installation to a Machine

SL-V-M-NO3-E
1 Bracket A (1) must be installed to the unit.
2 Two screws must be used to secure bracket A to bracket B (2). (Recommended tightening torque of 0.7 Nm)
3 The bracket C must be fit with the bracket B at the opposite side of the secured with two screw at the step 2.
Then, the bracket C (3) must be moved to the direction showing the arrow in figure to fix the angle for align-
ment (4). After deciding the angle for bracket C, the bracket C must be secured with one screw (5). If you
loosen the screw (5) indicated by the procedure, you can adjust the beam axis alignment because the SL-V
can change the angle. (Recommended tightening torque of 1.2 N
m)
