N2792A/N2818A 200-MHz and N2793A/N2819A 800-MHz
general-purpose differential probe
The N2792A/N2818A 200-MHz and N2793A/N2819A 800-MHz differential probes
provide the superior general-purpose differential signal measurements required for
today’s high-speed power measurements, vehicle bus measurements, and digital system
designs.
The N2792A/N2818A and N2793A/N2819A probes offer a 10:1 attenuation setting and
high input resistance and low input capacitance to minimize circuit loading.
The N2792A/93A are compatible with any oscilloscope with 50 Ω BNC input. The probe
can be powered by any USB port on a scope or computer, or by a 9 V battery. The
N2818A/19A are the AutoProbe interface versions of the N2792A/93A. They are
compatible with the InniiVision 3000 X-, 4000 X- and 6000 X-Series only.
