U2941A Parametric Test Fixture
Increase your parametric test
efciency and usability
The Keysight U2941A parametric test
xture is designed to complement usage
of the Keysight U2722A/U2723A USB
modular source measure unit in the testing
of semiconductor components, including
SMT and DIP ICs. The U2941A comes with
three input channels, a common ground,
and ve types of socket modules of various
pin congurations.
The bundled Keysight Parametric
Measurement Manager (PMM) software
also supports the Keysight U2751A USB
modular switch matrix when used with
the U2722A. The PMM software allows for
out-of-box conguration of instruments for
easy set-up, simplifying discrete package
component testing and enabling data
recording.
