Note:
• It is advised to avoid using wireless cameras with any of the moon recording equipment. The wireless
technology is sensive to interference, and therefore common issues like stac and image distoron might
trigger the moon detecon unintenonally.
• It is recommended to set the sensivity level at the moderate level so that the DVR only record the
parcular scene when ‘moon’ is detected. If it is set at the highest level, the DVR may record connuously.
• Do not use PTZ system and moon detecon funcon at the same me to avoid wrong ‘moon’
interpretaon.
Area: Select the area for moon detecon alarm. See “Set Moon Detecon Area” on page 43.
Schedule: Moon detecon is triggered only based on the start and end me described in the schedule . See
“Moon Schedule Setup” on page 44.
Trigger: Congure the acons to be taken when moon is detected. See “Moon Trigger Sengs” on page 44.
Copy CH/To CH: Copy the current sengs to all channels or one specic channel. Click the arrow to select an opon
and then click Copy.
Aer all sengs are complete, click Apply.
• Set Moon Detecon Area
In Area, click Sengs and specify the
area for moon detecon alarm.
By default, the whole screen is marked
for moon detecon (green block).
• To disable moon detecon on
an area, click the grid cursor and
then drag the mouse to highlight
the scope to unmark the area.
• Right click to close the setup
screen.
Note:
To avoid geng false triggers, it is
recommended to set the moon
detecon area at an appropriate
locaon such as door, window, etc.
