Update System Firmware
Use this feature to update the
rmware with the latest version.
Download the rmware folder named
“dvrupgrade” and save the folder in a
USB ash drive. Insert the USB ash
drive into a USB port of the DVR and
click Firmware upgrade to update the
rmware.
A message appears, click Yes to
conrm the operaon.
Warning:
Do not turn o the power or
unplug from the power supply
while updang.
Note:
Aer the updang rmware process is complete, it is highly recommended to restore the default sengs (see
“Load Default Sengs” on page 66) and then reboot the system.
Sengs
Use this feature to save the current
DVR sengs, import the congured
sengs stored in the USB ash drive,
or load the system default sengs.
Note:
• Before saving/imporng the
sengs, be sure to plug a USB
device into the USB port of
the DVR.
• The sengs le is less than
50KB.
In Export sengs, click Export to save
the current DVR sengs on a USB
storage.
In Import sengs, click Import to import the DVR sengs
When data exporng/imporng is complete, click OK to close the current screen.
Note:
Do not remove the USB device while le transferring is in progress.
Click Exit to close the current screen.
